Starting from Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne, the Col du Télégraph is our first obstacle, at 11.8km in length and average gradient of 7% an altitude of 1566m. We descend in to the town of Valloire before starting the climb of the Galibier. The Galibier may not be as well known to the non-cyclists as our other alpine routes, but make no mistake this is one hell of a challenge - in fact the Galibier is often the highest point of the Tour de France       Galibier Cycling Challenges Corporate Ascents Bespoke Team Building & Client Entertainment  Col du Galibier Statistics: Start: Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne Via: Col du Télégraph Climb Distance: 18.1km Average Gradient: 6.9% Steepest Gradient: 14.0% Start Altitude: 1401m Finish Altitude: 2646m  Email Us Tel:01572 789955                            Corporate Ascents - Corporate Cycling Events & Challenges Mountains Type of Event Information
